Nak checkin lambat. Terpaksa tunggu beberapa minit dengan anak kecil di lobi 🥲. Alasan bilik belum siap 😅 booking bilik studio sangat mengecewakan. Ada 2 ekor lipas berkeliaran dalam bilik 😑 kawasan sinki luar toilet kotor. Macam tak dibersihkan. Masih ada sisa makanan orang sebelum saya masuk. Baring atas katil,sarung bantal berbau air liur basi 🤢🤢🤢🤢 saya terus call reception mengadu dan housekeeping datang tukar sarung bantal tu. hari kedua bermalam,minta housekeeping untuk tukar bedsheet (saya fikir housekeeping akan tukar semuanya termasuk SARUNG BANTAL,tapi TIDAK ye 🙂) sangat kecewa rasanya.

Location sgt strategik. Dekat dgn ampang point. Hanya perlu berjalan kaki saja. Hotel bersih. Staff sgt baik. Mudah tolerate. Walaupun event kami habis lewat. Luggage kami letak kan d lobi hotel sampai event selesai. Kami juga dibenarkan check in awal. Alhamdulilah.

I really like the friendly frontdesk staff lady. I love that theres a cat just sit at the loby couch 🥰. Its a really big room for single room. Got hot water n hair dryer, body soap n shampoo n electric kettle. No cofee, tea toothbrush or shower cap. The tv is okay got general chanel. But suprisingly got iron n ironboard with a really big wardrobe. Overall i like my stay there. Just the frontdesk counter really high ahaha i need to tiptoe to sign the form 😆

Good hotel, best price! The hotel has spacious rooms. The towels are old and should be replaced. There is parking nearby and a mall is 5 minutes away.

During my stay this time it is unfortunate that the lif broke down n its sunday....repair will only be done on following monday.Have to climb up the stair throughout our stay. Also am upset as i only get my room at 4.30pm, was told to wait for 1.5hr.

First and my last time here. Was denied the room i booked and offered me the smaller one. After few arguments finally got it. Room was quite dirty. Dust and strands of hair here and there. Also to my surprise found a small roach in my room. The lift was as most people commented very old and need to replace ASAP. Got trapped for about 5 minutes inside. Mold inside the toilet as well.
